I am sponoring myt wife. in Additional family info. form (5406) does she need to fill my name in section A (spouse or common law partner)?

Yes. she should fill your information for the spouse, and your current address would be your Canadian address where you reside.

Also, make sure to write "N/A" for the blank sections, like the children. For the section of children, make sure your wife signs that section even if it's all N/A (this is something we forgot on our file...so just a reminder

In the children section I put our daughter name. she is already Canadian citizen, but I understood that we have to mention all childrens. is this true?
