Hi, I received a additional family info request today. Have a few questions. Any help is greatly appreciated.
1.My Mother's name in her Passport is different from that in mine. As in an additional 'h' in the First name in her passport (XXXXHX in her passport and XXXXX in my passport). Should I provide the spelling of the name as it is in her passport or as it is in my passport (without the 'h')?
2. My Mother's residence address is in India (same as my Father). However, she is currently in the US with my SIster. Should I provide her current address as the one in India or my Sister's in the US?
3. I ordered my US PCC to be delivered at my Sister's residence address in VA, US about a year ago and that address with her name shows on my PCC. However, she has shifted residence after that to MD, US. Should I provide her current address as the one where my PCC was delivered to or the new one?
4. I lost (deceased) my brother-in-law about a month ago. What should be my Sister's marital status now? As it would be different on her passport. What marital status should I be mentioning?
5. Also, should I be explaining all this in an additional CSE or should I just stick to the information they have asked for in the Addnl Family Info Docs?
