Additional documents submitted but IRCC Refused

I received a request letter stating to provide my kids birthday certificate and father consent letter, which I did sent accordingly but unfortunately IRCC Refused my kid's saying i didn't submit. Please what can i do?

What did you apply for? Submit a webform asking for reconsideration.

I applied for tourist visa and I got approved and my children got refused please is 34 days now can still write them?

Now, you need to reapply for their TRVs. You were given that advice weeks ago on this forum.

June30th we’re reviewing additional documents provided, after sending refusal letter on may 30th that i didn’t provide the documents. What is going?
