additional documents states needs documents but no message

hi guys, i entered ip2 on 10th july.

after the whole wave of pprs issued yesterday (unfortunately i was not one of them), i checked my status and noted that my additional document status says that they need additional documents from me and to check my messages below. previously the status was additional documents being reviewed (i'd previously received request letter for coc when my meds passed n submitted it as additional docs).

i know there was a system glitch for 6 Jun updates but this is way after that and it should have been fixed already.

any others who might be in a similar situation?
