Now I don’t know what to do!

I have already given them joint credit card statements, copy of letters including government mails that we received in my spouse name to my address etc etc

Also we have already submitted imm1344. So why they asking again?

@tiarachel85 can you share some info like are you the Sponsor or Principal Applicant? Location and nationality of Principal Applicant?

Did you keep a copy of the IMM1344 that you had submitted? It looks like you did not answer all the questions. Please double check if you have a copy.

Is this an inland application and you and your spouse live together in the same place?

Could you write specifically what they asked you? Sometimes their looking for further proof that you lived together or proof that you're still living together.

Also are you married or common law, and what have you submitted already?

I already wrote it. Could you please read above? I have even copy pasted their letter

They want more proof that you live together. If they aren't satisfied, your app will be refused, so gather as much proof as you can.

Just send an updated IMM1344. It doesn't matter why they are requesting it.

Update the imm 1344, make sure its validated with barcodes and signed.

Add any lease agreements with both names, utility Bill's, phone bills with name and address of each, joint bank accounts, copies of drivers licenses for both showing addresses. If either of you have benefits, show the spouse as a dependant.
