Additional documents from UR to NA

Hello everyone,

After exceeding the 9months review period and ordering GCMS notes. Few days ago my additional document, that was submitted on Feb 28, went from we are reviewing the additional documents you provided to Not applicable.

Any idea what does that supposed to mean?

A police certificate that wasn't required as per cic at the time of submission.
