Additional document required

i have question. I applied For PR ( under family and spouse ) in june .. on my gckey status( need additional documents for continue processing your application) but still haven’t received and email or message from there side.. is that computer fault? Or what ? Soo confused. Please help me out thanks

You can give the IRCC a call and they will let you know what you are missing. It takes a bit though. Try calling first thing at 8am ET or just before close.

I already did twice “ they said there is no documents request on there system from since August “ and file in NDVO so they can’t see anything

if thay requried additional dacument thay must mention you check again the email
