additional document required

hello friends
i am june 15 applicant
on 27 feb my background check started but same day additional document line become blank ,
now last week they updates that line that we need additional documents , so far we didnt receive any email or message , can anyone also facing the same problem

Hey...I faced the same issue...I guess you’re a NDVO applicant (New Delhi)
The thing is the site has gone under maintenance and those were the results of that...When my line was blank,I called the CIC automated call here from India,and it said ,they need additional documents to process the application and will send in the request through an email or post..I didn’t get any...After the next time the website went under maintenance,it said “we are reviewing the additional documents you’ve provided” never did they ask me anything nor did I send anything..I heard the Visa officials keep checking and transferring files among themselves and each time they do they update the lines...until you get a message or mail,you should be fine...ppl from June have started to get DM and ppr,hope and pray for the best!!!

The same happened to me, but they did require me to send the Schedule A again. I never got any communication by email or regular mail about this, but I only found out after calling IRCC and speaking to an agent. If you are concerned, you can always call and ask, or send an email so that you have a paper record of your correspondence.

you are right , because today my status changes to review of ur document u provided, hope they are working on our files and we get the ppr soon
