Additional Document Requested: Schedule A Form- IMM5669E

HI Experts,

I submitted my e-APR on 07th April 2016 and I received request for additional documents (Schedule A Form- IMM5669E) from both applicants on 13th April 2016 and asked to provide detailed history from April 2006 to PRESENT.

I don't understand why such document has been requested from me as I left no gaps & never my VISA was rejected.

Can someone please help me understanding that what I filled incorrectly/ missed ion e-APR due to which Schedule A form has been requested from both the applicant?

Experts, please reply as I have been asked to submit the same in weeks time. Below are my questions:

1. I have provided all details very clearly in eAPR but still got this Schedule A request. Only thing which was not made explicitly clear was that there were few jobs in Personal History sections (for which the points were not claimed) which were not there in Work History section so does that mean that as I have not added any LOE for those jobs (for which the points were not claimed), they have sent schedule A for both the applicants.

2. As one have to provide the details in monthly format (i.e. MM/YYYY) so in case I left 1st job on 14th June 2014 & joined other on 15th June 2014 then can I mention details with June month overlap? i.e.
Jan/2006- June/2014 JOB 1
June/2014- PRESENT JOB 2
Will such an overlap be an issue?

3. While there is an overlap (for June month) for one of the item in the personal history section (as in point 2 above), however, for rest of other details there is no overlap in month. Thus, Personal History section for other itemsl look as below:
Unemployed: 07/2008- 09/2008 Home
Government: 09/2008- 09/2010 Company 1

Will it be considered as GAP?

So, in total, in my personal history section, I have few details with overlap of month (as in point 2) while for other details there is no overlap of month (as in point 3) ?
Will such a combination be an issue?
Please clarify.

If I were you, I'd just fill out the form as accurately as possible and send back to CIC. I don't see this as an issue of concern, the officer handling your case found it important for some reason to request that form, so just do so and don't worry why they asked for it. This doesn't mean there is an error with your application or the way that you have input your info.

I only want to understand whether I actually filled it correctly earlier as well (as shown above)? Because I am going to fill the same way again & may again face Schedule-A/rejection.

Your travel and work histories do not match with your address history; they started after 2006. You should follow their instructions and specify these details.

"Travel History" section asks for providing details of any trips which PA/ SA has taken outside his/her country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since his/her 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago).
As PA & SA had only 1 & 3 trips abroad respectively each lasting for one week duration only in last 10 years thus only these details have been provided. I assume it is correct.
Please suggest if it was supposed to filled some other way.

As for Travel History, they have asked for providing details of any trips which PA/ SA has taken outside his/her country of origin or of residence in the last ten years. I am definitely not suppose to mention that I was at home (& not traveling) for rest of the period.

In Work History, the norm is to provide details of only those jobs for which one is claiming points. Rest other jobs are meant to be dumped in Personal History section. There is no issue with that.

Note:

During filling out forms in EE after getting ITA, I have selected YES for below question:

Have been refused refugee status, an immigrant or PR Visa or visitor or temp. resident visa to canada or any other country?

I selected YES but did not provide LOE for it.

Now they requested me to only complete Question 6 in IMM5669E form regarding statutory questions:

I have rejection of work permit extension and also 2 times US study visa rejection.

My question is: Do I need to select yes for below options:

d) Have been refused refugee status, an immigrant or PR Visa or visitor or temp. resident visa to canada or any other country? YES or NO
e) Been refused admission to, or ordered to leave, Canada or any other country? Yes or No

I am sure I need to select YES for option d) but not sure for option e)

Hello, it’s regarding OINP Paper PR application.
I filled Generic form, family form, travel, every form they asked in Document checklist.

just have question that whatever info i filled in forms do i have to add supporting documents also?
Like for address or for Studies do i have to add academic certificates?

also I don’t have sufficient funds but i am working in Canada already on work permit do i have to add my job letter to skip the Funds requirements?
