1. To be eligible under the Canadian Experience Class OINP requires that you have a minimum of one year of cumulative and full-time employment (1560 hours or more) or an equal amount in part-time paid work experience in a NOC 0, A, or B occupation in Canada in the past three years from the date of the PT Notification of Interest from OINP. In order to verify your work experience additional information is required. Please provide:
- Copies of your two (2) most recent paystubs.

- If not employed, please provide information/ documentation in support of your intention to reside in Ontario such as evidence of Ontario Labour Market Research, employment prospects for jobs related to your experience, job search/leads, any communications with employers in Ontario with potential job offers/ opportunities related to your professional background and experience.

- Any leave you have taken off from work between XXXX to XXXX, and provide supporting documents for same.

- Any other relevant information in support of your work experience such as performance evaluation reports, reference letters or emails discussing assignments relevant to duties that substantiates your experience as a XXXXXXX.

2. OINP requires that you possess sufficient funds supported by bank statements (that are unencumbered and readily transferable in a convertible currency) to cover settlement costs in Ontario, as set by Statistics Canada (LICO), see link for details: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp . If you do not have a personal bank account in Canada, you must provide six months of up-to-date bank statements from a recognized financial institution. The bank statements must demonstrate a personal account standing / final balance that meets or exceeds the LICO, and include your name, account number, transit and institution number, account balance and currency. Please provide:
- Bank statements of your XXXX Chequing Account ending in XXXX from May 2016 to date.

3. OINP requires that you have the intention to reside in Ontario.
- Please provide an update on your activities since your application submission;
- Please provide a letter outlining your intent to reside in Ontario.

4. An update on your current location and supporting documentation (current lease indicating validity dates).

The above is the request.

The bolded parts are most confusing.

I provided all these documents in the original application.

Bank statement are understandable. Other than that I am kind of surprised that they have asked for all of this.

Please advise

It's pretty clear what they are asking. Did you submit proof of job applications if you aren't employed in Ontario now?
Do you have any more evidence and your duties?
Provide evidence on what you have been doing since you asked, so job info and proof of job applications.

Thanks for the response.

For the work experience that qualifies I submitted Offer Letter, Reference Letter and Paystubs. And I can submit the same again?

I am on a student status here in Canada. I have been enrolled in school, worked part time and done co-op since the submission of my application. Should I inform that this? And when they say last two pay stubs, should I submit the last two pay stubs of the work I been recently doing or for the job that qualifies for CEC

I'm not sure that work experience gained while studying counts.

Of course it doesn't count.

But to address their first point "provide most recent pay stubs" is what I was asking..

See I am kind of confused and in panic mode

Well provide the most recent pay stubs of your job you are claiming as experience, and provide pay slips of your current job to be safe, explaining both.

I am currently not employed.

But I have worked on my student status and was employed until recently.

What I am thinking is I should provide pay stubs for the experience I am claiming points and nothing else to avoid any confusion.
