If principal applicant is in Canada on a TRV and gives birth while here do we have to submit form IMM 008 Additional Dependants/Declaration Form?

We already sent an email advising of the birth
Just trying to be proactive and if it is required sending a CSE with a copy of the birth certificate

No you dont need to submit IIM 008 Additional Dependents/Declaration Form as the baby will be a born Canadian Citizen...Its good that you have inform them thru email about the pregnancy and delivery date...Good luck

If PA has been in Canada for more than 6 months do we have to do a Police Clearance here?

No, you don't have to do a Canadian one unless specifically requested by the VO.
