Addition of new born baby in QSW

Hi

me and my wife has received CSQ and we already applied for Quebec skilled worker. we also received a temporary XEP number. Now, I want to add my new born baby in our QSW application. Does any one had the same situation. Let me know the procedure to follow?

Do i need CSQ for my baby? if yes, so what the procedure to apply for that.
