Addition of Documents in Study Permit and Work Permit

Hi All,
Hope you all are doing well and safe
I need urgent and serious advice from experts. I came to Canada in 2017 on study permit and applied my visa with one of my degrees and after study i got my work permit. While applying for my PR I sent my all degrees to WES and evaluated. But I am not using or uploading my both degrees to obtain PR. My consultant telling me that because I evaluated my both degrees, now we have to add my degrees to my Study and work permit. I don't want to be dependent on my consultant. Can you guys help me to get out of this problem? I hope you understand my concern.

I am not evaluating canadian degree. I have 2 degrees from India. I represented only one degree while coming to Canada. But for PR, I sent my both Indian degree to WES for evaluation.

I believe you need to submit the highest degree if it is master or phd. I sent my Bachelor and master degrees to wes. The report contains info on both degrees but I submitted my Master degree for PR. I found that IRCC said I met education condition.
