I have an open work permit till february 2015. I received my open work permit after I completed my degree here. I got my MPNP approval and call for medicals. I got my medical tests done in february.
Now I will be getting married by Next Month. No doubt I would want my wife to accompany me here ASAP but thats not easy as immigration process is very slow.
I am clear about that there is 99.9% chance that TRV will be rejected so I am planning to go the OWP way. My federal skill category is B so she is eligible to apply.
My queries are how Do I add her to my existing PR application ? How do I send a notice to CIC that my circumstances have changed.
When shall I apply for her OWP -> After notifying CIC via e-mail or when new application reaches the CIC office.
Shall Support documents like Marriage Certificate, Photographs, Cover Letter (mentioning sponsorship) be attached to both applications.
Any kind of help will be appreciated.
