Hello Friends,

I am a principal applicant under CEC express entry and has a PR in process. My CRS points was 476 and i submitted my application on Dec 14 2016 and have given information about my dependents in my application but they are unaccompanying members. Now i wish to make them accompanying, is it still possible to make them accompanying by sending in few forms. Actually i called up CIC and enquired this situation for which they said, if i have declared all correct info about my defendants and they were unaccompanying, you can make them accompanying now if you are under CEC and PR is in process
I wonder if i can still include them as adding them now would decrease my CRS eligibility points and lead to rejection.
Any experience guys?

If adding your spouse decreases your CRS below the threshold of the round of your ITA, your application will be rejected. If CRS remains above the threshold and all of them have their medical exams, you will be ok.

If your CRS will be too low, you can withdraw your current application and waiting for a new ITA. Your decreased CRS may be enough, since recent points are pretty low. If you keep going with your application, you might be able to sponsor your spouse later, but it's a really long process. I wouldn't do that...
