adding spouse- after PR application

hello friends,
I have few questions about adding spouse after pr application submitted...
I am Mpnp holder and applied PR application in August/2014
Got married January/2015
informed cic about marital status change in April/2015
cic asked for updated docs. (may/2015)like updated 5406, 5669, 5662 of mine as well spouse also police clearance of spouse.

QUESTION IS how long time cic will take? to send medical request to my spouse.....
any idea when I will I get PPR, DM ?

did they ask for a marriage questionnaire? they need that as well.
medical request should come no later than september and PPR sometime in the early 2016. Adding your spouse delays your application specially if she's abroad.

yes they asked for mrg questionarry, photos, updated docs, bank statement, so I am believing they received my updated docs. (courier) june 15..
if I am right may I expect to get medical request for my spouse in mid august? please correct me..
