Adding results of the comparative evaluation on arrima: file not found! what to do??

Hi everyone, I have been trying to add the result of my evaluation comparative on my initial application and I receive the same message; file not found (dossier non trouvé) I contacted technical service once and they say give it a day or 2 until it is fixed, it has been a month and still nothing.
