Adding my son after recieving the medical request

I recieved the medical request on 18 june 2012 by email but i didnt recieve the email ,on 25 /03 /2013 i recieved another email from the embessy in warsaw that if i will not send the document required and medical exam within one month this may lead to refusal ,so i sent them an email that i didnt recieve anything so they sent it again but i noticed that there were medical exams only for me and my wife and nothing about my son ,when i asked my lawyer he told me that he didnt send the fees and application to add my son a year ago, i sent all the medical exam for me an my wife and the fees for RPR and the fees to add my son ,can you please explain to me what will be to my application?

You son must be added to the application properly and then he will have to do a medical as well.
Why did your lawyer not add your son? This is very bad...

although i asked him many times that i didnt recieve any thing about adding my son or the fees he was laying to me ,im worried about my application advie me please

If your son is now correctly added it should not cause a refusal if you explained what happened. It may cause a delay but it is better than having to leave your son behind. I must let the experts here give you their opinions on what may happen. My advice, get a better lawyer.

i sent all documents togother with the fees for RPR and for my son ,waiting for medical of my son but i didnot write why not added the son till now

they will send you the medical forms for ur son. You also need to send an updated family info sheet, and u have to pay his own fees at immigration.

Because nobody here knows the answer. Each visa office is different and we cannot guess how Warsaw will work.
All I can suggest is that you keep trying to get a response.

My dear no one can say exactly when they would respond. You should wait and if after one week you dont get their response write them again explaining your situation, send them the email and attachment including evidence that you gave your lawyer everything and it's your lawyer that did not pass it o them. If possible send a mail to your lawyer and let him respond in writing so you can forward is response to them at Warsaw.

Relax and don't panic get yourself together and compose a good mail to them, send a pm to qorax, explorer and Leon and let them advise you.
