Adding LMIA to EE Profile Requires Work Permit?

Hi all, i just got my GTS/LMIA approved today!
Do i need to have a Work Permit with the LMIA to claim my 50 points? Or can i just add the LMIA alone?
An agent is telling me that i need the Work Permit, though in the Work section there is nothing asking for Work Permit details, nor is there anything mentioning this.

Can I know, in how many days you GTS/LMIA application was processed ? also what is job NOC ?
