Adding job experience in CRS/EE

Hi, Thank you for reading.

I already worked

1. 7 months as an insurance agents(NOC 6231 B or NOC 1434 C) in insurance company.
2. 5 months as an Application Quality assurance tester (NOC 2283 B)
3. 2 years as an insurance broker(NOC 6231 B) in another insurance broker company.

Q1.
Will it be safe if I work 5 months more in current insurance broker company to make it 2 years and 5 months, to add with 7 months so to make 3 years?

Q2.
if I quit now, will my total work experience be 3 years (1+2+3)?
or just 2 years and 7 months (1+3)?
Or can it be only 2 years (3)?
