While filing the details in the application after receiving ita, I have mentioned that my daughter will accompany me in Canada. But as she was born here (Canada) there is no question to include her in the pr application. But now I am. Not able to CHANGE that option and I am being asked to pay for three candidates fees for PR including my daughter ( Canadian Citizen by birth)

Yeah, She was supposed to mentioned as unaccompanied. Kindly call IRCC asap to get it rectified

Pay and you will get a refund later. Make sure to add her birth certificate

It sounds like you have indicated in your PR application that your daughter will be accompanying you to Canada, even though she is already a Canadian citizen by birth. As a result, you are being asked to pay fees for three candidates, including your daughter.

Unfortunately, since you are not able to change the information you provided on your application, you may need to pay the fees for all three candidates as requested. However, you may want to contact the relevant authorities or consult with an immigration lawyer to see if there is any way to amend or correct the information provided in your application. They may be able to provide you with guidance on how to proceed in this situation.
