I have submitted my PR application on Nov 2016 through Quebec Skilled worker. It is now more than 13 months that my application is under process. Because of my nationality, and based on my friend's experience, my application would take longer than 24 months!
I recently engaged with a Canadian PR but we postpone our marriage since we afraid that my application would be affected by this update. But now, I am thinking to add her to my application. Do you think that adding her name is a right thing or it can delay my application?
It is worth noting that I do not want to change my application to the sponsored application, I just want to add her name.
