Adaptability criteria points

How many points do I get under the adaptability criteria? My wife has completed:
- Primary school = 8 years
- High school = 4 years
- University (economics) = 4 years
- Master’s degree = 1.5 years

The problem is that, even in the forms where I must state my spouse’s education, I cannot enter 1.5 years (for the master’s degree). What should I do?

You must consider the time as per paper not the actual time consumed. If her education including masters =17 years, then you can claim 5 and if it is 15-16, you can claim 4 points
