Hi All,

CIC grants 10 points if someone worked for atleast an year in Canada in last 10 years.

I have been in Canada for 355 days compare to 365 days, being paid for 51 weeks (average 42 hours per week), however last week I have to move to my native place but I have been on paid vacation for that last week.

Hence my question is, will I be able to get 10 points in this Adaptability as I am qualifying for no of work hours perspective but duration of stay is 355 days compare to 365 days in Canada.

what criteria CIC look for this category.

I have all required docs like Offer letter, pay stubs, T4 etc.

Please help me understand this.

Thank you..

My opinion is positive, you may claim for 10 adaptability points for that as 42 hours a week exceeds the minimum requirement of 30 hours a week to be qualified as a full time worker, and furthermore, your last week was a paid vacation.

Hi, if you have 12 pay stubs for each month of the year, you're in sir. All the best.
