i am from sudan and applying online for a visitior visa. it is said that the processing time is 51 days in the canada immigration website for applying from sudan. if i am submitting my biometrics in Ethiopia and applying online does that mean that my application will be processed as if i was applying from Ethiopia, because it is only 21 days there. or do i need to apply in paper in Ethiopia
