Active/Uncleared Backlog

I'm final year (5th sem)student and i have given my exams and i'm sure i will get a Backlog in this exam & I can't appear for it until November 2018 & results might come out in feb 2019
(May intake 2019 remains the only option)

But really want to go in SEP 2018 intake for PG DIPLOMA (i really don't want to sit idle at home doing nothing)

Is there any chance i can go to Canada with an UNCLEARED BACKLOG ?

(I have cleared my IELTS with 7.5 bands with not less than 6.5 in any module)

How can you undergo a Post Graduate Diploma without completing your current UG course? To answer your question, NO.
