Good day guys,

I sent my complete application for FSW last week. I would just like to ask if CIC gives notice either through email or by mail that they received my application immediately or after three or four months once they begin processing?

I'm anxious that they might not have received my application.

- For application 'receipt' you should find that out from the courier company (receiver's signature)
- It will take at least 4 to 6 weeks on a quicker side for CC/DD to be charged.
- another 4 odd weeks (at least) for PER.

Big thanks! I sent it by normal mail though.

CC/DD I can guess are credit card and the bank draft which I did make.

But what is PER? Is it the application number?

PER = Positive Eligibility Review.

This is when you score 67 points as per CIC and are assigned a UCI (which is assigned any way) before your file is eventually transferred to your VO as per Generic form.
