Accountants Regulator Bodies

Dear All

I intend to immigrate to Canada. I am a Chartered Accountant. I understand getting membership with Accounting regulatory bodies does give some points prior to landing. Which bodies do you recommend for me and are these membership specific to certain provinces or are universal.
