Dear All,

As per the new list effective from 26th June-10, no NOC for Accountant or Finance Managers.

What will be status of previous applications and what about the future of others who want to apply under this NOC.

Please share your opinion.

Old applications will be processed as per old rules. Application on and after June 26th 2010 will be processed as per these rules. Expecting CIC to update it on the website by coming Monday

buddy as per the current list w.e.f 26 june 2010 accountant and finance manager(0111/1111) are removed ...but i dunt think so applicants who already applied to chc or those who got approval from nova scotia will effect...

any points i can get from 2 yr Masters Diploma in Busi. admn., Symbiosis Inst of mgmt studies, pune, distance learning mode ?
 
No new files from 0111 and 1111. I guess those who have recd visas are very lucky including me. Those who were thinking aout applying, sorry guys. you are late. wait for some time may be next time you will get lucky.
 
Attention all Financial Auditors.

Guys don't get disappointed. Financial Auditors are not in the new list, however NOC 1122 does not completely eliminates Financial Auditors. Remember the job title does not matter it is the job description/responsibilities that counts. So those people who work in audit firms, it is very common to provide audit and advisory services and based on my opinion (after reading NOC 1122 category) advisory services also fall under this category so guys, if you can prove that you are involved in the advisory services (plus confirmation from employer) the door is still open.

The world is a Big place. If U CANNOT get thru Canada there r options to migrate to N.ZEALAND, DENMARK , AUSTRALIA.
