You are posting under PNP but research Express Entry based on your age,, education (need assessment), language (need test), skilled work experience and funds. If over 30, then you lose points every year for your age.
Read the link. You need to get ECA for MBA and need CLB 7 in all bands for language. See if you are eligible with at least 67 points. Then calculate CRS score. All the best.
