Hi,

I was trying to access my cic account, but it showed that my GCKey - is GCKey Lockout.
The message is:
You have exceeded the maximum number of consecutive attempts allowed to either:

sign in with your GCKey;
change your password;
change your recovery questions;
revoke your GCKey; or
recover your forgotten password.
For your protection, your access to the service is suspended for 24 hours.

In my case I knew the password but entered it incorrectly twice
Hopefully it gets unlocked
