Accompany question

My mother applied for TRV and her visa got approved. However, during this time we were unsure whether my brother can go or not due to his work. So we put 'no' on the option if my brother will accompany her.

Now, my brother's work made some amendments and has allowed him to go on holiday on those dates.
If i say 'yes' on my brother's TRV will it affect my mother's visa?

Your brother if over 22 is not a dependant so don’t worry about it.
