Which course?

Try Kijiji.ca or craigslist.ca or google for more sites but these two are quite reliable with lots of listings on it with new ones adding almost every 10-15 minutes.

Also its advisable to reach there and finalize the accommodation than from here. Or if you know someone there you can ask them to visit that place and then finalise from here.
