Accidentally deleted my passport request for PR email

Please help!

I received ITA in April 2017. I submitted all my papers in Jun 17. I came to know that people who had submitted their papers in Sep 17, have received request for sending their passports. However, I have not received any such email. I was told that the email probably landed up in my junk folder. The emails in my junk folder get deleted every 30 days.

So, I think I have the email deleted. Please suggest what should I do. How can I check if any email was sent to me? How do I get the another email request from CIC?

The status in my CIC account just shows - Medical cleared... no interview needed and we are assessing your application.

Call CIC and ask them.
FYI, the fact that some people received the PPR has nothing to do with your application even if they submitted their applications before you.

I submitted my application on the 17th of June. My GCMS notes say email sent. But, I am a 100% sure I haven’t received it. M file is sitting in Delhi since 11th August gathering dust. I have called them 3 times. Written to Ottawa and Delhi and also have raised a CSE. But, nothing.

Not a word on email.

On 21st September a lady told me that since I have not received the letter she will instruct Delhi to send the email again.

On 28th September they told me that they have inquired with Delhi but, Delhi has not responded. That Delhi has 30 days to respond and that I should probably call back in a week or two.

On 5th October the lady was very dismissive and did not really give me any concrete answers. Was in a hurry to hang up the phone and told me that I should just wait.
