Accidentally applied tor Visitor Record. Would that affect PR? Please help!

Hello,
I am on a valid PGWP. I accidentally applied for Visitor Record instead of applying for TRV. Today my Visitor Record got approved. I am worried if the approval of my visitor record would impact my current PGWP and already in process PR application?
Please advise.
