Accepting offer letters from multiple universities (Help)

Hello,

Is there any problem if i accept offer letters from 2 universities ? I am an undergraduate applicant. I had applied to Concordia, University of Ottawa. Concordia University is still assessing my files and I got accepted by University of Ottawa. My prime target is Concordia University but they're taking too much time and final response date for uOttawa is near. Is it okay if I accept offer letter from both of them( If i get acceptance from Concordia) and later proceed with Concordia University ?

Yes, sure, you can accept offer from both of the universities, and later deposit money to your preferred university and use the same to apply visa.

I have received admission letters from Brandon University and University of Prince Edward for my Master program. I am confused now which one should I go? putting into consideration weather and cost of living
