Academic Records Request Form Query

Dear All,

I was filling the 'Academic Records Request Form' and in that I see there is an option for only one degree and I have two degrees i.e MCA and Bsc from India. Please let me know how to add two degrees in the Academic Records Request Form

Use Same Academic Records Request Form for both degree and send both of them

Ok. I have only one WES Reference number.
I have to mention same WES reference number on both the Academic Records Request Forms?
