Academic documents from India for CEC application

I have Canadian 3 years diploma and 1 year of job experience under NOC B. Do i need to provide my academic documents from India ?
i dont want to claim points for my education in India. So i am not planning to evaluate my degree in WES. But do i need to provide transipt and other documents from India if I don’t claim points for that ???
P.S: i did provide my Indian documents when i applied for Student visa in 2015.
