I know a sister who came canada on spousal open work pemit as her husband is on study permit. Both applied for renewal of study permit and open work permit in May 2020.
Husband started abusing wife and matter was raised to Police as well.
Angry husband informed CIC via email to not renew his wife open work pemit.
Now neither husband study pemit is renewed nor wife open work pemit. Both are on implied status.
what options does she have now according to immigration rules?
