Abu Dhabi Visa Office - SOP or Study Plan

Hi Guys
Anyone knows if the Abu Dhabi VAC requires SOP or only Study Plan as per Abu Dhabi Checklist? Also, do they need NBI or police clearance will do as Im a UAE residence?
