Hi guys....last year i posted about my situation,allow me to refresh it.I came back to
my country of origin along with my new lmo and job contract.I applied for a WP but after
a month,result of the application came back and it was refused for the reason that I had
worked in job not stated in my original work permit( i was promoted in few weeks to a diiferent job description
in the same company).I guess the employer didnt know the impact it would have on my application.
and so im still here in my country,unfortunately my lmo has expired already.My employer is planning to
reapply for a new LMO.But until then,i will be stuck here in my country.So while waiting a friend
advised me to go work in Abu Dhabi,since he has a friend there that has an establishment I could work
at.I am planning to go Abu Dhabbi,work in the establishment,wait for my LMO to be approved,apply for
WP in Abu Dhabi and cross country to Canada.
My questions are:
1.Will it be a good idea to go Abu Dhabbi?and apply for a work permit there?and if it is how many
months will it take for a work permit to be proccessed?Given the spats that the canada and
UAE have,will they tighten their immigration rules on going cross country?
2.Will that be easier?I remember an agent from the immigration told me,I could apply for WP in other
country that has Canadian Embassy?and its easier.
3.Or,is it better if i just wait for my LMO to come up and just apply again, here in my country of origin?I
was traumatized by the refusal here in my country that im thinking if I go to other country such as Abu Dhabi it woul be more easier for me to go back.
