I have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from abroad and a PG diploma in project management, 2 years here in Canada. Actually, I had an experience of 2 years as an electrical engineer back in my home country. But I don't have Paystubs. Am I eligible to apply for the STEM category and do the Paystubs matter?
