I applied for work permit in 24 April 2019 from Dubai as a truck driver.but stil I don't get any information..plz tell me anything about this

I also applied for PR through MPNP program in may 2019 and did not get any information about fingerprint for PR.also paid landing fees and fingerprint fees immigration fees online
