I have completed MSS and BSS from one of the Bangladesh Public University. How can I send the docs. Questions are-
1. Do I need to fill up the application form for MSS and BSS separately?
2. Do I need to send two separate sealed envelop for MSS and BSS?
3. As my University convocation didn`t organized yet, Can I send the Provisional Certificate. My passing year is 2007 for MSS and 2006 for BSS as per schedule. But graduated year was 2008 and 2010 respectively due to session jam.
4. I have 4 years BSS and 1 years Grade Sheet which is 4 page and 1 page for each year signed by University Examine controller. Is this enough for WES?

Yes they will be separate forms for each.
Depending on your uni, if they are able to provide the necessary info at the same time then you may try asking them to send as one.
You should be sending your original certificate and transcript copy.
