About visa application of January 2022 intake

My file for surrey has been lodged on 10th November 2021 and my medical was on 29th October 2021. I have done with my biometrics which was on 25th November 2021. My file for January 2022 intake. I dont get my PPR yet. I want to know when will I get my PPR and Visa as December will fall soon and the session of January will start soon.

Is anyone give me information about when will I get my PPR?

Processing for study permits averages 14 weeks so you should have an answer by February.
