Can I travel to USA with my Refugee a travel Document without applying for USA visa or I have to apply for USA visa!!?

I do have the visa in my passport for 10 years should expire in 2025 but my passport with Canadian refugees immigration office they took it from me when It applied for refugee in the airport and they didn’t return it I wish if they can give a copy of visas

Yes IRCC has your passport and the visa inside most likely is canceled. You have no other option but to apply for a US visa again.
