About the pay after visa expire

If I work till the last day of my working holiday visa, the company use to pay me 2 weeks after, I applied the tourist visa...I am waiting for the reply, so I will stay in Canada with implied status, if I get pay after my visa expired, will I get any trouble because of that?

If the visa mentioned I must leave by for example 30/9, I applied tourist visa, so I can only work till 29/9 or 30/9?
