Hello friends, I got per on 22 oct.after sending documents,I have been holding additional responsibilities of coordinator .should I inform to visa office about my new position? When I will get new update on my application status?

I hope some senior replies to you. I personally think that your application would be evaluated by what you reference letters you have submitted. Since none of your personal details have changed e.g. name, marital status, address, etc, you are not required to tell the CIC anything. I think that your job does not matter. Even if you were to be fired, it would be OK, as long as the company is ready to back up the details in your job reference letter.

Generally you get MR a month after PER, but this depends from VO to VO.

You must inform Visa office regarding change of job, supported by offer letter/contract letter, reference letter with job responsibilities... If you are working in a different NOC that you have applied in, still you should send mentioned documents along with previous experience letter/resignation letter or whatever relavent documents available to support the claim.
