About processing time

Hy , please anyone know that how much time it will take to issue a file number . I applied a paper base application on 15 September 2018 after getting OINP.

It’s been like 3.5 months and I am still waiting for my file number. God knows

Don't worry guys..You will get your AOR soon..in my case it took only 1.5 months...
