Hope u all are good. Can anybody please tell me that for paper base (skilled worker) application, the processing time starts after getting the file number or they count the time while we are waiting for file number ?Coz they are taking 7-8months to provide file number!!Is it correct that it took 18months to process the file after getting file number?
